As our products are liquid-based cleaning solutions, we offer replacement only for products damaged during transit. Refunds are not available once the product has been opened or used.

Product received with leakage, broken seal, or physical damage due to shipping
- Wrong Product Delivered
You received a different product than what you ordered
- Manufacturing Defect
Product has a defect that existed before delivery (unopened/sealed)
- Missing Items
Your order arrived incomplete or with missing products
Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund
Cases where replacement/refund cannot be provided
- Product Opened or Used
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used liquid products cannot be returned
- Change of Mind
Returns based on personal preference or change of mind are not accepted
- Damage After Delivery
Damage caused after accepting delivery is not covered
- Delayed Claims
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed
